The 48th Dairy Industry Conference is being organized by Indian Dairy Association (North Zone) in association with Indian Dairy Association (Rajasthan State Chapter) during 20-22 February, 2020 at centrally located Birla Auditorium, of the beautiful and historic city Jaipur, which has its own spatiality and called ‘Pink City’.Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan state was founded in 1727 by Maharaj Jai Singh II, who ruled Jaipur State from 1699 – 1744. Initially his capital was Amber, which lies at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur. He felt the need of shifting his capital city with the increase in population and growing scarcity of water. Jaipur is the first planned city of India and the King took great interest while designing this city of victory. He consulted several books on architecture and architects before making the layout of Jaipur.
Jaipur holds a distinct position among popular tourist places in India due to the immortal royal vibes that are an inseparable part of its existence. Among the major highlights of Jaipur: Amber Fort, NahargarhFort andJaigarh Fort are the main attraction for tourist.
HawaMahal or “The Wind Palace” is another major attraction in Jaipur that impresses spectators with its wonderful architecture and makes them take out their cameras. Among many other must-visit places in Jaipur, Albert Hall Museum, JalMahal, and JantarMantar hold special spots as every bit of them reflects the presence of royalness in this city. Birla Auditorium “B.M. Birla science & technology center” located in the heart of PinkCity. It’s surrounding in 9.5 acre complex, covered area of 2, 50,000 sq. ft., its including science museum, library, computer center, big exhibition hall and auditorium.
